Whether as a warm-up or to get in the mood for the IATF 2026, the K7 is the perfect opportunity to discover the Tyrolean mountains: covering 7.3 kilometers, the route offers varied trails and the chance to experience the impressive Tyrolean landscape at night.
For anyone who finds 15 km too much, or those who want to warm up for Saturday. Simple with short technical sections (headlamp required!).
Whether it’s your last shake-out run before the main competition on Saturday or your first trail run (with a headlamp), the K7 is definitely a cool challenge and once again kicks off the IATF 2026 perfectly.
