Course Details

If you want to immerse yourself in the world of trail running, the K15 is the perfect opportunity: covering 17.5 kilometers and around 590 meters of elevation gain, the route takes you through the breathtaking Tyrolean mountains. Beautiful trails and spectacular views make this run a great adventure for all trail running beginners and those who are currently in training.

Who is this race suitable for?

Trail and running beginners who have already passed the 10 km mark and want to see what they can do or get their first taste of trail running. Simply with a short, technical but beautiful downhill run.

Mandatory Equipment

Clothing

  • Closed trail running shoes (grippy sole)

  • Rain jacket with hood (minimum 10k water column recommended)

Refreshment

  • Beverage container with a capacity of 0.5 liters (no cups at the aid stations!)

Safety

  • Identity card (only for race bib distribution)

  • Mobile phone (smartphone/cell phone)

  • Mountain rescue insurance

  • Rescue blanket (210 x 160 cm)

Additionally

Cold/bad weather gear

  • Long sleeve or short sleeve shirt + arm warmers

  • Long pants or leg warmers

  • Buff / Cap / Bandana

  • Gloves

Cold weather gear is an essential part of the mandatory equipment. Depending on weather conditions, the organization may require participants to carry this additional mandatory equipment.
