3. Event Registration

As part of the registration for the trail event, we process the following personal data:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Club / team (optional)
  • Emergency contact
  • Payment data (via payment service providers)

This data is required for the organization, execution, and administration of the event.

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).

4. Timekeeping and Results Lists

For the execution of the race, bib numbers and, where applicable, transponder/chip timekeeping are used.

The following data is published:

  • Name
  • Year of birth / age group
  • Club / team
  • Bib number
  • Race time
  • Ranking

The results may be published on our website and on platforms for sports results.

Publication is based on our legitimate interest in transparent sporting execution (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

5. Photos and Video Recordings

Photos and videos are taken during the event.

These may be used for the following purposes:

  • Reporting on the event
  • Publication on our website
  • Social media
  • Press relations
  • Promotion of future events

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in public relations (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Participants may object to the use of their images for specific reasons.

6. Website and Cookies

Our website uses technically necessary cookies to ensure proper operation.

If analysis or marketing cookies are used, this is done exclusively on the basis of your consent. You can change your cookie settings at any time.

7. Disclosure to Third Parties

For the execution of the event, data may be passed on to the following service providers:

  • Timekeeping service providers
  • Registration platform

  • Printing service providers (bib numbers, etc.)

These service providers are contractually obliged to comply with data protection regulations.

8. Storage Period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Results lists may remain published permanently for sports-historical reasons.
