Aid stations along the course
Along all courses from K15 to K110, we place great importance on providing high-quality, balanced refreshments with as many regional and local products as possible. Together with our partners, we ensure that both amateur and ambitious trail runners are well catered for.
At all aid stations, you will find a standard selection of water, isotonic drinks, cola, and apple juice, as well as selected sports products, salty snacks, fresh fruit, and simple carbohydrate sources for a reliable energy supply on the go.
The range of refreshments on offer will be expanded at selected larger aid stations. Depending on the section of the route and the time of day, you can expect additional drinks and hot meals, which will be freshly prepared and tailored to the needs of long-distance runners. These include bouillon at the Mutterer Alm, in Kranebitten and Birgitz, as well as soups and simple hot meals in Hall and in the finish area. A special hot meal is also planned for the station at Bergisel, so you can look forward to something really delicious. Not every aid station offers hot meals – the selection is planned depending on the route.
For sustainability reasons, there are no cups at the aid stations – please bring your own drinking cup.
At the Aspachhütte water station, the water is transported by helicopter, which is why the refill amount per runner is limited by 0.5l.
